The Hospices de Beaune estate and its winegrowers invite you to discover some of their vintages at a public tasting, opened only during the Wine Auction week-end.

A bottle tasting organised in the estate's old cellars, behind the Hôtel-Dieu des Hospices Civils de Beaune, to understand the estate, its history, its vintages, and its appellations.

IMPORTANT
> For security and organisation purposes, bookings can only be made online for available time slots; tickets will not be sold at the ticket office on site.
> The tasting glass is not included in the price; you may bring your own glass or purchase a ‘165th Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction’ glass on site (see TASTING GLASS)

ON THE PROGRAMME
> Tasting of 10 reserve wines from the Hospices de Beaune, to understand the estate, its history, its vintages, and its appellations
> Discovery of the estate's ancient cellars
> Light refreshments provided by the nursing students' association of the Institut de Formations Paramédicales (IFP) in Beaune: gougères, charcuterie, cheeses


WINE TASTING GLASS
> Option to purchase on site 1 or 6 tasting glasses for the ‘165th Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction’ : €5 each / €25 for 6 glasses
> Payment to be made in cash on site to the nursing students' association of the Institut de Formations Paramédicales (IFP) in Beaune for their annual student project

Reception and access control opening hours
> Saturday 15 November from 8.30am to 11am and from 2pm to 5pm - course closes at 6pm
> Sunday 16 November from 8.30am to 10.30am - course closes at 12 noon

Booking terms and conditions
> You will need to provide at least an email address, your surname, first name and postcode to create your account and confirm your booking
> You must have your credit card with you to make the payment; your places will be reserved and your booking confirmed only after payment has been validated
> At the access control point:
+ We ask that you respect the chosen time slot; any request for access outside of this slot may be refused
+ Only the e-ticket sent by our email address “[...]ch-beaune.fr” will be considered valid for authorizing your entry.
> In accordance with Article L.3342-1 of the French Public Health Code and our general and specific terms and conditions of sale, minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to make reservations; proof of age will be required at the entrance
> In accordance with our general and specific terms and conditions of sale, the booking is non-refundable in case of a cancellation.
