Data Processing and Protection

In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to information technology, files, and civil liberties, and with European Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), Hôtel-Dieu - Hospices Civils de Beaune respects the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the data that the Client may be required to provide in connection with the placement or fulfillment of their order.

The personal information and data transmitted to Hospices Civils de Beaune by the Client are subject to computer processing and may be used by Hospices Civils de Beaune, its internal departments, subcontractors, partners, or legal successors, according to the permissions granted by the Client, for the following purposes:

• Processing, execution, and management of online product purchases;
• Handling information requests and/or complaints;
• Informing the Client about upcoming events, notably through newsletters;
• Notifying the Client in the event of a possible postponement, cancellation, or closure;
• Improving and personalizing the services offered by Hospices Civils de Beaune to the Client.

Hôtel-Dieu - Hospices Civils de Beaune collects and retains data exclusively for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the Order and in the event of the establishment of its contractual and/or tort liability.

Hospices Civils de Beaune undertakes not to disclose information relating to the Client to third parties other than its partners and subcontractors responsible for the management, execution, processing, payment, and/or monitoring of services and purchases. Hôtel-Dieu - Hospices Civils de Beaune reserves the right, if necessary, to transmit the Client's data to partner companies solely for the purposes of organizing the execution of the Order. Hospices Civils de Beaune may also be required to disclose this data to comply with a legal authority’s injunction.
If a Client Account is created on the reservation websites, this data is also stored there and can be accessed using the login and password provided during registration.

The Client has the right at any time to access, query, restrict, port, erase, modify, and rectify their personal data under the conditions and within the limits provided by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, and the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978.

The Client may unsubscribe from mailing lists at any time from their account.

Consequently, any use, reproduction, representation, or adaptation, in whole or in part, of these elements by any means or process whatsoever, without the express prior authorization of the Hospices Civils de Beaune, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an act of counterfeiting under intellectual property law.

Any use of resources (photographic, iconographic, textual, or relating to the form, layout, structure, etc.) present on this site must be subject to a prior request to the editorial manager. Primarily, the editorial manager grants permission to view the site’s content.
