Welcome to the Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction's Gala Dinner page; this is where you can book your places for the gala dinner that takes place after the Auction.

This year, the gala dinner will take place on Sunday 15 November at 9pm.

The Hospices Civils de Beaune, the organising institution of the Wine Auction, invites you to enjoy another convivial and festive occasion at the heart of its emblematic hospital heritage: the Hôtel-Dieu.

To ensure the smooth running of the event and your welcome, please take note of the following information.

The drawing up of seating plans, bookings and cancellations must be made in even numbers.

When booking

> Bookings must be made in even numbers, with a maximum of 12 people per inviting account – an account being defined as a valid email address and contact details. The number of places available – 2, 4 or 6 – can be combined to book up to 8, 10 or 12 places. 

> Enter the mandatory information for booking and tracking: surname, first name, email address, postcode, telephone number.

> Check your credit limit and that your bank card is compatible with the Payzen secure payment system; your seats will be reserved and your booking confirmed only after payment has been validated.

Once the booking has been paid for and validated, you will receive two automatic emails within a few minutes: a payment confirmation from your bank and a booking confirmation with a voucher from us. Only the confirmation document included in the second email will be considered valid for receiving your official invitation. 

After booking

> Please keep the confirmation email you received, as this is the only way to get your official invitation. 

> The Hospices Civils de Beaune will arrange your seating in one of the three reception areas for the gala dinner at the Hôtel-Dieu (Bastion médiéval, Chambre du Roy or Salle Saint-Nicolas), depending on availability.

> If you have reserved several places, you must provide the identity of each person attending; you will receive an email requesting this information.

In case of cancellation

> Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing the address provided in your confirmation document.

> In accordance with our general and specific terms and conditions of sale (Art. 14.8), cancellations are accepted up to 7 days in advance for a refund, i.e. up to the deadline of 8 November. No refunds will be issued after this date.
